	Church World Service and The First Baptist Church of Redlands: Partnering To Care for our Most Vulnerable Global Neighbors Saturday, March 10, 2012 in the Chapel Luncheon Tickets: $6.00 for adults; $3.00 for chidren under 12 years old. Childcare provided for ages 0-3 with a reservation. Sign up in the church office during the week. Tickets will also be available starting on February 12th on the patio on Sunday mornings and at Thursday Night Dinners. You are invited to a special luncheon to hear about the ongoing relief efforts occurring throughout the world as a result of partnerships created through Church World Service. 	Featured Speaker: Julie Brumana Julie is Regional Director for Church World Service, overseeing community fundraising and educational efforts (including the CROP Hunger Walk; Health Kit and Emergency Kits, which our church has assembled; and Blankets+ Program) throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii. She works out of the regional office in Chatsworth CA. Julie will share photos and stories about the work of Church World Service, with emphasis on the Haiti earthquake recovery, earthquake and tsunami recovery in Japan, as well as work with communities affected by the drought and famine in the Eastern Horn of Africa. This will be an interactive presentation with time for comments and questions. Please contact the church office for more information.
